Odina Return Policy

 

Our goal is that you are stoked on your Odina purchases. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn swimwear, garments, and unused accessories that it are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact within 21 days of purchase.

 

Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice:

Complete the return form located on the bottom of the original packing slip that came with your order. Please include a copy of the completed form along with your return.

 

Pack the item in original packaging.

 

Ship the item(s) to the address printed on the return shipping label that came with your order from the carrier of your choice. Note, we recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment.

 

Use the USPS for exchanges or shipping error returns, by following these steps.

Contact us at: info@odinasurf.com and give us the details of the exchange or shipping error.

You will receive by email a return shipping label, with instructions for your return.

Drop it off at any USPS.

 

Your Refund will be sent by the same method you paid for item.

Expect most refunds within one week. Credit card refunds usually occur within 3 to 5 days. Bank account returns may take up to 10 business days.
